to share my good news?

I was diagnosed with lymphoma last August, I have never been so scared in my life as I have little family here in the UK, and my immediate thoughts turned to my dc and the 'what if'. 😔

November I caught COVID and this delayed treatment and it took me the best part of a month to recover

December I developed a bloody huge blood clot in my arm.
Then two further ones were found on my lungs.

I was put on a course of anticoagulants but these were twice daily injections which have left me with haematomas on my stomach.

But... today I have received the news I am in full remission!

Here is to hopefully a long and happy life! 😁

@Sleepingboynexttome funny you should say that as I was thinking that this morning.

I have had so much I have wanted to do but blaming others for not doing it, but it negotiating what I want to do (travel plans for example) again at rest of family commitments that will probably get me called selfish. 🙄

But life is for living and I'm doing that, after what I've been through I'm not as scared of certain things like I was before. 😁

Yes, colours become brighter, your brain stops in the middle of whatever you are doing and enjoys the moment, and you can separate what's good and what's not, what's important and what's noise, so much more easily than before. Enjoyed the acquired superpowers, not everyone has them!!!
