Ex has returned DD from visitation with a bag of stuff inc lunchbox - picture attached.

We're NC and he constantly keeps her stuff - school shoes trainers etc so I have to buy loads for her to wear to school.

Do think I'm in my rights to post it through his letter box.
I won't really but it does give me the rage!

I’m a total intolerant cow so would send him a photo with a laughing emoji and the comment “you really are a shit parent who can’t even manage the basics aren’t you? No response needed as the photo says it all”

I'm normally extremely vindictive but from this alone, I wouldn't do a damn thing simply because he has done this to get a reaction. I simply wouldn't mention it. Let him stew in his own shit (or mould).

@TangMustang

Take it as symbolising the rot in his heart and be pleased that you can wash the box out and continue with a clean box and life while he has to live with his rotten, mouldering heart Grin
^😂 But I’d send her in with a lunch bag or school dinners and older clothes/shoes. Maybe she could leave the good ones in school (if safe).

I'm not really going to do anything. It just annoys me so much.
I'd love to smoosh it in his face?

I would post that picture on any social media you have that anyone he knows can see. Postbit with lots of laughing/face palm picture "silly me look what happens when I leave dd lunch box with her dad". Very light hearted, blaming yourself but letting everyone else see it!

Natty13 · 23/02/2022 21:07

"Ex please don't send DD's lunchbox back like this again, it gave me a horrible flashback to your cock and balls. Many thanks"

CheeseAndHackers · 23/02/2022 21:08

Ignore, he wants you to react so not doing so will really piss him off.

Bryonny84 · 23/02/2022 21:20

I agree, do nothing. He's trying to wind you up, don't bite. Do keep evidence though, you never know when you might need it.

SartresSoul · 23/02/2022 21:31

Rub it in his face.

Ispini · 23/02/2022 21:33

Ensure you save the photo and let trusted close friends/family see it. I would also query the school as to whether it was left in a locker ‘accidentally’.
What an arse! Don’t hide his games from anyone.

tkwal · 23/02/2022 21:41

Bin it. Stay NC with him
