Is it normal to always wake up feeling shattered

When I wake up I never feel refreshed. I feel like I need more sleep and have no energy even though I average 7.5hrs sleep per night.

I'm tired all day, too tired to work out and just look forward to bedtime or squeezing in a day sleep if possible. (Weekends)

I don't know if this is just life in general is tiring and if everyone else is the same, or if there could be something underlying.

Following - I am the same! Can't remember what it feels like to not be tired 😴

I was like this once for about 6 months. A high strength B complex sorted me out within a few days. Being low in iron also has the same effect. Note... if you're getting a B complex don't get one that just says 100%RDA, the recommended amounts for B vits were set in the 70s when it wasn't really understood just how important they were. So... don't buy it in Boots; go to Holland & Barret or an independent health shop or similar online.
A bottle of Floradix liquid iron is also a nice pick-me-up

@Cuck00soup hello! Just an update, my serum MMA was normal so thankfully I’m not b12 deficient, just very low. I’d really recommend anyone showing low to either ask for a serum MMA check from their gp or get one privately like I did as that shows a deficiency.

I’m on a 1mcg b12 from the pharmacist and a very high strength vit d, almost a month now and I definitely feel a change in how I was-especially tiredness and muscle weakness.

Hope your tests have gone ok cuckoo 😊
