Not OK to go for drinks with him?

AIBU to think it is not OK for a single woman to invite a married man out for drinks on his own saying it is because they are friends, when she has a crush on him (which she has told people about).

YABU - it is fine for her to do this
YANBU - it’s not fine for her to do this

No, it’s not ok.

I don’t really believe the posters who think it’s fine - you’re surely not teaching your children that it’s ok to do things that would hurt someone just because you haven’t made any specific promises to them? I don’t go out of my way to hurt strangers, why would I?

The man of course is responsible for keeping his marriage vows. And also for not humiliating his wife, and for not using someone else ms feelings to boost his ego. I expect him to say no.
