Husband constantly disturbing my sleep

My husband is a restless sleeper, always has been. Recently he has developed psoriasis (he is treating this) so is scratching himself all night now plus he is a snorer. He also tells me he's hardly slept every morning 🙄 his snoring says otherwise.
Last night I went to bed at 8.30pm to try to catch up on some sleep. I slept like a log until he came up at midnight and woke me up with his thrashing about! I barely slept after that because it was like I'd had a huge nap and couldn't get back to sleep.
We dont have a spare room, our couches aren't big enough to sleep on. Two of our children are restless sleepers like him and the other has taken a long time to get him to sleep I'm his own bed so I don't want to start swapping beds round and undo the progress. I've considered going to a hotel for a night but that's not a long term solution. What can I do to get some sleep?

Omg my husband has got so bad at snoring I have a new baby in same room he Wakes him up too. He wont even try to do anything about it. He grunts moans snores smacks his lips darts then does a big sigh of relief he sounds like a cement mixer but 1000x worse. I never get any sleep between him and night feeds. He refuses to sleep on couch. Its soul destroying I dread going back to work soon 😢

Can you put a bunk bed in with your best sleeping DC?

DS leaves his top bunk clear for me every night now 'in case you need to evacuate, mummy'. We started this when DH had covid and was coughing a lot but I haven't slept so well in years so it's a permanent back up now.

This mornings update! I slept a lot better, had to take the ear plugs out at 4am when I got up to go to the loo because I couldn't get comfortable with them when I got back into bed. Two of the DC came in to us after then - one had a nightmare and one has a cold and just wanted a cuddle and went straight to sleep next to me.
DH is still in bed. He slept "so badly" the nose strip annoyed him, he doesn't like sleeping on his side. AIBU to not feel one drop of sympathy for him after all the years of disturbed sleep I've had because of him?!
Ironic that after my terrible sleeps I manage to get up with the kids but he now has to stay in bed 🙄
He is a good husband but my goodness he is horrendously bad at managing on anything less than a perfect night's sleep!
