To ask age gaps

Hi all,

What is a good age gap between babies? I have a one year old and if I got pregnant this month (doubtful) they'd be 23 months apart personally I'm aiming between 2-3 years but I'm basing that off absolutely nothing so thought I'd ask :)

Between 1 and 2 there is 18 months. An between 2 and 3 is just over 2 years and between 3 and 4 exactly 2 years and 2 weeks. They all get on well and play together 1 and 2 are best friends and 3 and 4 are vest friends. But there is no right answer. It is whatever works for your family and if and when it happens!

3.5 years between mine. They bickered, mainly instigated by the younger one, until they were late and mid teens. Now in their 20s, super close.

2 years was tough 3+ was much easier

2 and a half years between DC1 and DC2. We were very lucky that it happened like that as we planned.
DC1 was out of nappies and starting nursery when the newborn arrived.
