Can you run microgynon pill back to back?

When I’ve been for my pill checks over the years I’ve asked the nurse a couple of times about running it back to back a few times and the nurses have always said that’s fine and more people are tending to do this with fewer breaks, I’ve also read this online.
I hate periods so like as few as possible ! Just wondering if others do this nowadays?

The mini pill that is supposed to give you no periods gave me constant bleeding. Would not recommend if you're trying it specifically to avoid bleeds.

I used to run femodene back to back then they became difficult to get so Dr swapped me to cerazette which I also took back to back. My surgery have always said there's no harm in doing it because it's not a real period anyway. I hate bleeding. It makes me feel dirty because of other issues I have

For those of you who do a 4 day break instead of 7 do you find your period symptoms are shorter?
