Anyone up to help? Making baby formula

Can anyone tell me can you use boiling water to make up a bottle or do you have to wait 30mins to the water cools a bit?

It's aptamil if that makes any differed!

Nuby rapid cool is the new NHS approved way to make a feed that doesn't require fridges or bowls of cold water to cool a feed rapidly
With my first I would use boiling water then cool the bottle in a jug of water for what felt like forever
I bought perfect prep machine a few months ago in preparation of baby #2 to try make things easier but I've already returned and purchased the Nuby rapid cool it just seems so much more straightforward
No buying of filters and all that
