move my family into my parents for £££

Should I move my DH and DC ( 8 month old) into my parents for 4 months to save 10k to finish our house deposit. Parents and 1 adult sibling, my old room is free. It will be tough but will get us to the finish line for our deposit.

I wouldn't hesitate. Do it.

Assuming you get on well with your parents and they are not the in-laws of hell towards your DH, go for it!!!

I would definitely move in. We did the same when we were buying our house. I will always be grateful. My Daughter was 2 at the time and my son was a new born. Finally moved out and had another son. So it was a busy time. Just remember it won't be forever how ever much you get on. I was lucky as I get on with my inlaws very well.
