The only time I've been happy wearing a thong was when I was pregnant and had accidentally bought a pack from Mothercare.

@pussycatunpickingcrossesagain, I find that people who don't have bins have a little pile of rubbish in their bathroom - tampon wrappers, used cotton buds, used disposable razors and empty bog rolls. Yuk.

Some people were surprised when Prince Andrew wore thongs on the beach...

Thongs are fine IMO. I wouldn't like wearing period pants with leggings.
