Have Covid- think I’m miscarrying

Hmm so I’m sort of freaking out a bit!
I tested positive for covid few days ago I’m on day 6 at the minute and still feel so so rough. Every part of my body is hurting. Got the classic symptoms. LFT and PCR both positive. Now my kids have it too. I keep spiking temps of 39/40 goes down for a few hours after paracetamol then goes back up again and the pain starts all over again. Btw I wouldn’t wish covid on anyone my word is it horrendous!

Anyhoo I’m around 5 weeks 3 days pregnant and have started with brown discharge when I wipe. There seems to be a lot more of it today. So far no bright red blood. I have had 2 previous miscarriages and they have usually been pinkish/red blood straightaway.
Do you guys think I’m miscarrying? I do have a bit of back pain but my body is aching all over anyway because of covid so don’t know what is covid symptoms or potential miscarrying. Obviously I can’t go to EPU because I’m positive but not much they can do about it anyway.

My major concern also is the amount of times I have spiked temperatures to the point of shaking uncontrollably can that have an effect on the baby? I have been taking paracetamol only at the recommended dose but feel like that’s another worry the amount of paracetamol that I’m having to take. It’s all a bit of a worry!

Anybody else miscarried in early stages because of covid infection?

Thanks

I found out I am having a missed miscarriage last week at an early scan. I was positive for covid when I found out I was pregnant and felt very sick with it. I can’t help but wonder is that what caused it but will never know. It is heartbreaking not knowing why this has happened and the fear it might happen me again (this was my first pregnancy). ❤️
