How to reduce COVID headache and gum ache

Hi all, sorry not really an AIBU but after a third sleepless night due to COVID pains, I am desperate to get some tips for how to manage the pain.

I find paracetamol helps with the fever and Lemsip helps with the sneezing but how to deal with the constant head ache and gum ache?

Do I use a hot water bottle? Cold compress?

I had a dental check up 8 months ago and teeth and gums were in good shape but it’s the second time I’ve had Covid and the second time my gums ache.

Thank you in advance!

That's true - but only if you leave the gap between them. The OP was (it's a few days ago now!) suffering from so much pain that it would be better to be taking something every two hours. In which case, not two drugs that both contain codeine.

4head is a natural roll on for the temples. It creates a pain relieving numbness and can be used alongside ibuprofen and paracetamol.

*topical, probably not natural!

Only thing that worked for my headache was darkness no tv,curtains closed, no phone laptop. even then it didn't go but took the edge off.

Fully recovered now :)

Until the next bout
