Rash on neck

Posting in aibu for traffic!
Today I've woken up with a rash on my neck, cheeks, chest, upper arms and a bit on my body.
I don't think it's a heat rash or can be.
Has anyone got any idea what this could possibly be?

I'm attaching a lovely photo of my neck

A rash randomly appearing before covid seems to be a thing, even with negative lft- then positive a few days later. Could you have been in close contact with anyone with covid?

I've just done a quick Google & images shared by Zoe of a covid rash do say it can be itchy & can look like yours.

My son has a similar rash when he had COVID the first time,not the second time.

It looks like eczema. Does it itch?

It feels hot to the touch and quite itchy. On my arms it's very lumpy and itchy.
I know Covid can come with a rash now, but it's unlikely I could have caught it as I haven't been out or seen anyone in a couple of weeks because I've been having a lot of trouble with migraines. I know it's still possible in theory though

It looks to me like some sort of allergic reaction. You say you have been struggling with migraines. Have you tried any new medications?

If you’re feeling stiff or achy, generally ill or out of sorts, tight chested or the rash covers much of your body, I’d call 111 for advice or to be given a slot with an out of hours doc.

If its hot itchy and spreading you should call for medical advice, it could be a number of things that are not covid, have you had any visitors, started new medication.

I've not seen anyone in over a couple of weeks so it's not really very possible I've caught something from anyone.
I'm on the same medications I've been on for a long time - I am taking a few but nothing remotely new.
I've thought about it a lot and no new skin products, laundry products, new garments or anything like that which could explain an allergic reaction.
I'm a bit out of ideas as I'd have said either I'd caught something or had a bad reaction to something new but I don't think I can have done!

It looks like measles but if you haven't been out it's unlikely to be tgat.

Exactly what I had and the theory was either a new vitamin I was taking or a new bath oil I used for eczema. It took a while to shift but using Dermol in the shower helped.

Btw, I consulted a doctor who wasn’t the least bit interested! Particularly as I was otherwise feeling well.
