Going through the household first aid kit.
Paracetamol exp 2013; 2017
Dioralyte 2015
Aspirin 2016
Ibuprofen 2017
Kids ibuprofen 2019

Disinfectant drops 2019
Antiseptic Cream 2019
Antihistamine cream 2018

Would you still use any of that? Or throw it all?

I think I'd go for a full restock as some of those meds are years past the date. If you don't use it frequently then they could be 7yrs out of date by next use. Some of the active ingredients will likely be less potent especially if they have been in warm rooms.
If you replace all now then you'll at least have in date products for the next 5years or so.

Surprised you haven’t got any lube in your fist aid kit!

I'd dispose of the meds, but keep "sterile" bandages and dessings.
