To ask how you find WFH jobs

I hate going into the office, it's horrible, I hate the commute and more importantly I hate the lack of work life balance when in the office full time. I'm also scared of covid and fed up of working in a high risk environment!

On threads I see people spout well get a permanent WFH job to anyone who dares complain...well I've been looking now for 3 months and have yet to find one which isn't WFH for now but will return to the office type thing. Can anyone help me out?

Background is management in administration

Pub support. Just depends how much you need to be paid.

Agree with previous posters who say that although the advert might say it’s not WFH, it often it. Also, they may say you occasionally have to go into the office. I’ve never been to mine which is good as it’s based 300 miles from my house! Never been an issue.

Online banks.
Don't ever work for DWP they couldn't care any less about their workers and wanted them all in asap, and generally as a company they suck.

I did admin management, decided i wanted to wfh (before pandemic) and retrained in tech, it may be easier to find admin management jobs that are wfh now but for me a lot of the decision to retrain was because it was impossible to find jobs like that that were wfh at the time

I work at a bank not in the UK (but our UK subsidiary works the same). I am actually desperate to get back to the office, but apart from a few trips in to meet the team in summer/autumn 2021, I have been forced to work from home. Work from home has again become compulsory in the last 2 months.

I have been wfh for 25 years, none of the three jobs I have got in that time have been advertised as such. I have applied and then told them at interview that is how I work, they have obviously wanted me for the role, so.....
