I’m thinking 10-15 short stories from posters, perhaps posted on the same day, maybe a inside look on several posters lives. I don’t know.

What aibu stories would you like to see on the silver screen?

The real trouble is that most of these deserve multi season plus Christmas specials type coverage !

Le Poulet

3hr long Arthouse masterpiece, no dialogue, shot in black and white; a humble chicken is cooked and served in several meals over the course of a week. The camera focuses on the poultry throughout, the only soundtrack consists of sounds of knives cutting the meat and cooking, cutlery clinking, etc. interspersed with passive-aggressive chewing, huffing and sighing. Connoisseurs will appreciate the commentary on the simmering undercurrents of domestic life, the tension ratcheting as the leftovers become increasingly meagre and the bourgeoise facade begins to crumble. Cannes ‘un certain regard’ award winner.

Le poulet - could it have a few background captured images - thinking maybe ducks in a row on a wall, a diagram of a parking spot in a fridge, an ad fir a hot tub in the side. Just quiet windows into the rich hinterland for university courses to explore and theses to consider ??
Maybe the point is this is just unecessary and one chicken can provide simple complexity by itself and for three hours too.

CrimbleCrumble1 · 30/12/2021 14:53

Maybe the chicken film could have a spin-off called The Massive Salad. It’s about a woman that ate a whole tomato, slice of cucumber and a lettuce leaf and was too full to move.
