About to lose my Christmas shit already!

I’m about to lose my shit already. I do 99% of the Christmas prep for context. Today DH has -

• moaned that I needed to nip to the supermarket to get some last minute bits I couldn’t find in other supermarkets. Apparently, I (not him) should have bought stuff earlier. The reason I don’t get things earlier is because he will drink/eat all the Christmas stuff (even when it’s hidden)
• moaned when I finished work and wanted to open some Christmas food (whilst eating the Christmas biscuits he has opened)
• rolled his eyes when I said I was having a bath. Everyone else was glued to the tv so I thought it would be a good idea to have a quick bath before the 4/5 hours or wrapping/cleaning/cooking prep this evening.
• I put a couple of curry ready meals in the oven as I wanted to cook something no effort this evening in preparation for the cleaning/prepping/wrapping marathon. Apparently that’s unacceptable as the kids will drop rice on the floor (which I need to clean later anyway)

On the minus side DH is not going to the pub this evening! I normally crack open some wine and put some music on and crack on with all the prep and enjoy myself!

This is why I love being single!

In my mind there are two options either -

DH shapes up or

He ships out. I saw a solicitor who advised me what I would likely get in a divorce. There is not enough equity in the house currently for me to buy DH out and remortgage in my own name. Last year I lost my job whilst mat leave but I have recently obtained a new job which pays better than the one I had pre-mat leave. I should hopefully become chartered by Easter 2022 which will further increase my employability.

I’m on my second G and T whilst doing my present wrapping marathon (which I love) and DH has tidied the living room and it sounded like he was doing stuff in the kitchen as well.
