I've basically gone by shows that I can watch over and over again. Honourable mentions to Fleabag and Inbetweeners.

Game of Thrones would have been up there with Breaking Bad at one point but I think I'm still recovering from the disappointment of the last two seasons which ruined the entire thing.

Also I wouldn't put Big Brother on the list, but in terms of best TV moments ever it has A LOT of them, eg "Davids dead', 'WHO IS SHE' and 'I'm COSTRAPHOBIC Darren!!!'
