When there is no where to go. Y? Do you think I'm going to take on a truck or leave myself sticking out obstructing traffic when the lights inevitably go back to red.

Do you think it's OK to try and intimidate people with your lights and horn when you can see the keep clear lines or the box junctions and the massive lorries that haven't even managed to fully get round the corner themselves yet?

Would you do it to a guy? Or is it jusy women you do it too.

You are even more annoying than the dickheads who change lanes at the last second filling the gap you are about to take leaving u on the box junction only to hold me and everyone else turning right up while you try and bully your way back into the left hand lane. God forbid you have to wait like everyone else.

Aibu to think there's no need. Traffic is frustrating I agree but nothing will be achieved if you encourage people to drive into the side of tankers.

And how am I wrong to not drive into a lorry or wait on keep clears ?

In fact the van driver propltky did a u turn when he went into the wrong lane to get round me , discovered second lorry in the second lane was stopped at lights so he couldn't have gotten round either

I appreciate it depends on the road layout as I can’t picture what you mean otherwise. And I wasn’t referring to waiting on keep clears, of course that would be daft.

I was in the left lane which is for going straight on. They went into the right hand lane to go round me then cut back in front of me. The road starts off as a 30 then goes into a 40. Alot of people start doing 40 before they get to the sign

I think alot of the time the problem.is perhaps the drivers aren't local. So when you stop at one set of the lights, they might not be aware that there's a Box junction befire u get to the next set of the lights. Especially if the markings are a little old.

Although why they assume two cars at the front of both lanes just feel like going no where simultaneously fir the fun of it I don't know.

There are far too many lights here that between keep clears, box junctions , and secind sets of lights and a separate arrow for turning right, that a green light still doesn't mean you can go anywhere.

They also keep altering the layout if some of the roads.which means weeks of temporary lane closures etc so people kinda just get used to having to be on the wrong side .

I honked at someone this lunch time.

Traffic lights on a dual carriage way, ambulance coming - everyone except the car in front of me manages to pull to the side - she decided that staying where she was and making the ambulance get around her was the best solution.

And then once cleared the lights were green and she still took an inordinate amount of time to get going. She got honked which seemed to snap her out of her trance

I see similar alot though but I think.its light confusion because the layout is new amd there's effectively 3 lanes briefly so they just look at the wrong set of lights which fir turning right are still red.
