Moving to Lisbon or Barcelona?

Would you rather move to Lisbon or Barcelona? With a child, as a European family.

Barcelona. I've been to both cities as a tourist but I just didn't get on with the Portuguese drug laws. Got offered drugs constantly in Lisbon, even when eating a meal. Barcelona has ruder people, but no ruder than in London where I live now. I liked the vibe much better. My brother's MiL lives in Valentin, DB and his partner adore the place.
