To ask if a private parking company will really take me to court?

Why do you say 6 years? Ive just received a claim form from the court for ticket that was issued over 7 years ago.

If you are in the wrong just pay the reduced fine. You have 2 weeks. Last one I had I overstayed by 8 mins. Clearly signed all around I had 45 mins free or longer I could pay £2. Can't contest that I overstayed so paid the money
