To worry that ex H career may be affected by this

Long story short ex H is a narcissist and a bully in a very professional job requiring a high standard of behaviour.

While we were together he basically disclosed that he and others at work were trying to force a colleague out of their job by means of constructive dismissal (essentially bullied them).
This is one of the reasons I left him.

Ex colleague is now taking his workplace to tribunal and I am worried about whether if they win tribunal there will be a knock on effect of a professional standards investigation into him.

I didn't know where to post this but I am frantic with worry as we have DC together and I'm only surviving due to his maintenance. Is it likely this could affect his career?

Discrimination cases can be brought against the company AND against individual directors/managers. Is he a Respondent on his personal capacity?

I'm in a separate industry (banking/finance). In my world, if he was found by a tribunal to have contributed to bullying/discrimination/harassment, he'd be fired and would have to disclose the reasons why, when he looked for another job. Each year, we have to make a declaration to the regulator to confirm we don't have any tribunal cases in the pipeline, or whether we've ever been fired. We'd be deemed not 'fit and proper' and wouldn't work again.

But I see he's in law where it seems to be acceptable behaviour so hopefully you'll be OK. Sounds like he's better off as an ex!

Thank you I don't know if he's a responder as the tribunal route was taken after we split up and I only know about that from someone else who works there. I do absolutely know he was very involved in the bullying though from when I was with him.

Interesting thank you let's hope it won't go that way here although yes there is a part of me that would love to see him get his comeuppance.
