To ask about bullet journalling?

Wanting to do something like bullet journalling but not as rigorous. I want the equivalent of an A5 filofax / notebook that I can take pages in and out of or move around and have slots for different things.
Just think if I have a fixed notepad it wont work whereas with a filofax type thing it has a chance.
But, I dont want to buy from Amazon and I dont really want a filofax. Can anyone advise me about something they use that works? Thanks.

I use one for work.

I use an a5 bullet journal from Kenji which is great although I wish they’d number the pages instead of adding a contents page.

I use a double spread for my contents and two sides of one page for my To Do lists - then I can fold it so it’s easier to find.

I don’t keep everything together, I just title and date accordingly and add to my contents, sometimes I highlight matching items.

I also don’t do a ‘pretty’ journal because if I did, I’d spend all my time prettifying it rather than using it for its intended purpose! I do use washi tape though to mark important pages.
