Yep can see green in it

romanroy · 24/11/2021 15:17

Definitely needed a red 'fill' before the brown colour was added (assuming this is brown on bleached hair?)

Vapeyvapevape · 24/11/2021 15:21

It’s got that khaki tinge to it when blonde has been put over brown .

riromay · 24/11/2021 15:55

Yeah, it looks off

Wishineverchangedmyname · 24/11/2021 16:00

Hairdresser here too. There's definitely a khaki tone and as PP have said looks a bit like blonde hair that's been dyed brown without application of pre-pigmentation of red.

LittleMG · 24/11/2021 16:07

No golden

ToughTittyWhompus · 24/11/2021 16:09

It looks like someone has used a box dye go from blonde to brown, leaving the green hue. It needs red pigment putting back in before brown is applied.

TheCheesyBakedBeanGetsGlam · 24/11/2021 16:13

Yes it's got some green tones in it, I would want a toner on it or as others have said tomato ketchup

Goodluckanddontfuckitup · 24/11/2021 16:19

Definite green tint OP. A hairdresser did this to me a week before my wedding. 😱 It was awful. Fixable but I had to have my hair completely re coloured by someone else.

theemmadilemma · 24/11/2021 16:21

Yes I see it. I didn't see it on my own until my hair dresser pointed it out. Once I'd seen that slight green tinge I now instantly see it on other people.

Blonde to dark dying nightmares.

Hope478 · 24/11/2021 16:21

@DinosaurDuvet

It looks like blonde hair that has been dyed brown. Which can give it a green hue. All it needs is to be warmed up. The ketchup idea is good
This.

It does look green ish, sorry :( It needs some warmth to it.

JunoMcDuff · 24/11/2021 16:30

Yep. I see it.

SunShinesBrightly · 24/11/2021 16:58

‘Khaki’ is a good description 😂
‘Hazel’ is being very kind - Hazel sounds quite nice!

TuftyMarmoset · 24/11/2021 16:59

Doesn’t look green to me. It looks similar to my (natural) colour.

MrsFoxyplease · 24/11/2021 17:03

There's a khaki hue to it, yes.
Very beautiful hair though and am sure could be easily sorted by a professional.

Blackmagicqueen · 24/11/2021 17:05

Can't see any green at all, looks more of a dirty blondy brown.

Blackfridayshite · 24/11/2021 17:05

No

StrongSunglasses · 24/11/2021 17:16

My hair went a similar colour recently due to an unwanted ashy toner being left on a long time after my usual highlights and with me using purple shampoo on the ash toner. The hairdresser described mine as ‘sludge’ coloured lol

I had to wait until I needed roots done then have a bleach wash and non-ash toner to correct it.

EveryFlightBeginsWithAFall · 24/11/2021 17:20

Ex hairdresser here too and yep it looks a little khaki to me

speakout · 24/11/2021 17:22

It's an odd colour- is it acrylic?

Thefartingsofaofdenmarkstreet · 24/11/2021 17:28

Yep, this what hairdressers mean when they say 'don't go from blonde to brown without prefilling with red otherwise it will go green' - this the green the mean! It just needs a red/warm toner.

It's really lovely hair though!

esloquehay · 24/11/2021 17:44

It's insipid, as well as a tad green.

tsmainsqueeze · 24/11/2021 18:00

yes.

Electriq · 24/11/2021 18:29

If it was blonde to brown as it looks, its missing the 'red/warm' base colour that dark hair has giving it a green hue.

Alittlenonsensenowandthen · 24/11/2021 18:43

Yup greenish here. My guess is that you'd gone darker from blonde without a base reddish colour put in first
