Inappropriate conversation in gym changing rooms

Was in the gym changing rooms at lunchtime and there's a woman having a very loud phone conversation where she's clearly giving one of her team a severe bollocking. This goes on for all the time I'm in the shower (and yes, I can hear her above the shower. That's how loud she's being). I come out of the shower and start getting dressed by which time she's finished that call and then phoned someone else, presumably a colleague, to bitch about the person she's just been giving a bollocking to. I mean, is it me or is this wildly inappropriate? Save it for when you get home/to the office and you can make your phone calls in private.

The bit I forgot to mention was that when she hung up on the second call she started muttering to herself about people being useless. I was the only one close to her and it was like she was expecting me to sympathise. Very odd. I ignored her and concentrated on drying my bits and bobs.

I'm not a big fan of bosses bollocking people in public, I'd have probably said something slightly sarky!

@Chenga

It’s really inappropriate and unprofessional but I personally would have enjoyed the drama
