So , I do need to lose weight i am clear of tht I’m not huge just slightly overweight , I just can’t seem to stick to one thing ! I’m all a bit confused do I focus on diet or excercise or both ?

But the most upsetting part is my face feel like it looks puffy , puffy neck no jawline at all , it’s gross! I just had my hair done and the hair dresser took a pic and I feel so down about it - what could cause this ?

You see all these plus sized models but their faces are perfect , no puffiness , no head that rolls into neck with jaw , yet they are large ….. how ?

I'm the same! It's just genetics and bone structure I think. Even when I was a stone lighter and 8-10 I had the chin melt.

Please don't judge yourself against photos of models. For one thing, you're comparing yourself against a tiny number of people who have been selected by agencies and have the kind of looks they can make a living by. The other thing is that they many not even look like that - there's a helluva lot of photoshopping going on.

Chinese jade rollers work wonders for reducing puffiness ime... you can get them for around £10 on ebay (same one's also sell for £30/£40 on posh websites) You can keep it in the fridge too... I don't, I just have a good gentle upwards roll along jaw line/cheekbones/forehead when watching tv...

I would love a rounder face and thicker neck, I have a bird like face and scrawny neck! I guess none of us are perfectly happy with our looks.
For losing weight I totally recommend 16/8 fasting. I eat between midday - 8pm. I drink water / tea/ coffee outside of those hours.

Water and reduce carbs to get rid of puffiness. If you're not feeling ready for big changes and 'dieting' just up your water, you should be aiming for about 2lts a day. It really does make a big difference, takes a couple of weeks and you'll be peeing a lot during those 2 weeks but then you're bladder becomes accustomed to it and you start to notice better skin, less hunger, less puffiness and generally feeling better.
