Don't drink full fat soda, creamy coffees etc. Stick to water, diet soda, plain filter coffee etc.

One more - low carbing. Really works.

It's better to do something than nothing at all. So if you planned a 5k run and you can't be bothered/feel a bit rough/tired then do a 3k run or a 5k walk instead. Often the hardest part is getting out the door, once you're going with your exercise it's easier to do a bit more.

Also experiment to find out what you enjoy. For example I hate running in the summer, everyone can see you, it's sweaty and horrible. But I love cycling when it's hot and sunny. The reverse in winter I like running at this time of year, but I don't enjoy the bike when it's dark, windy and cold. Try different things at different times of year, indoor/outdoor, times of day until you find something you like/is more tolerable than the others.

@TheCheesyBakedBeanGetsGlam

Do things out of love for your body not to punish it. When you go on a strict diet or gruelling exercise regime you are fighting against your Body and doing things you won't maintain. When you are listening to your body, exercising to make it strong and healthy, and for the joy of movement and exercise, and when you eat food to nourish your body, to treat it well from the inside as well as the outside, that's the sweet spot and something you will stick with and make real lasting changes. Also instead of taking away things, add things in. When you are busy eating lots of oily fish, Lean protein, healthy fats, fruit, vegetables, whole-grains, probiotic foods etc. You don't have space for the donuts and takeaways. When you are drinking more water, you will drink less cola. When you are drinking more green tea, your consumption of flavoured lattes goes down. When you are busy on a hike or swimming or at the gym or learning to dance you don't have time to slob out so much in front of Netflix and eat junk. When you are busy going to yoga classes in the evening and getting your beauty sleep, there is less time to drink wine or not get enough shut eye. And abundance is always better than prohibitions.
Love this post. What a positive way to look at things. Too often being healthy is dressed up as avoiding all the good things but reframing it in this way makes so much sense ☺️

Drink water.

As everyone else has said plenty about healthy diets and exercise, my tip is to wash your hands every time you come home, especially if you've been on public transport.
