Just watched MAFS Australia, binged the episodes, got hooked thought it would be a bit mindless but I’ve ended being really impressed with the relationship experts on the way they been able to pull up bad behaviour and get the couples to discuss things reasonably. I wish I had some help during the really difficult times and maybe not had the shouting matches LOL

As someone with some expertise, please don’t think that those so called relationship experts are what to expect from decent counsellors. They are awful. Great TV but not great counselling.

You're impressed by the ethical vacuums who manufactured these toxic and dysfunctional 'relationships' in the first place?

They deliberately put people in abusive situations and then not only prevent them from escaping it but encourage them to blame themselves for it. It's irresponsible and dangerous.

Bec is bully and she's so mean to Jake who is lovely. Bryce is a wanker, he got the hump with Sam (another massive wanker) because he said Bryce looked nervous! What the actual fuck? I think Bryce is just extra arrogant to raise his profile! Even when his mum said he was acting like a dick, he ignored her.

But Sam was awful towards Coco and just in general! How, in this day and age, is a guy sitting on a TV programme saying he broke up with his perfect ex because her tits weren't big enough?? What an absolute twonk!!

I was really sad that Booka and whats-his-face broke up though as they seemed so well suited.

well Melissa has got what she wanted out of it. And Bryce seems to have stepped up massively now....kind of had to didnt he!

How is Melissa a shadow of herself? She was pretty assertive last week at the dinner party. No spoilers also but the events after the show will change your mind on that

I do think some couples are deliberately poorly matched to ensure they get some drama. Eg the country guy and the career woman from this series (sorry can't remember their names). Jess and Mick from last series - bizarre coupling. As was Ines and Bronson, Suzi and Billy etc

A couple of my friends have arranged marriages and I find it fascinating that they trusted or I encouraged to agree to these marriages by their parents. A couple seem to be working well
