She's just gone mental about the phone bill Hmm Apparently I'm not allowed to speak to my best friend on the phone for an hour after school!?? I'm sick of her controlling me!! Angry

Gosh I was so lucky. My dad ran a business from home so my evening phone calls were a tiny part of the phone bill and both my parents liked watching Top of the Pops.

My friends mum has just come home and she's livid because we're in her home office ringing people, telling them we're from the Water Board and asking them to go and flush their toilet so we can test the flow......

Obviously we're in hysterics because that's so, so funny. Oh, how we used to entertain ourselves in the 70s.

Lots of people did it though Wink

You don't live in the USA where local calls are free. Just because you see it done on American TV shows doesn't mean you can do it here!
