The vote enabled the Tories to be even sleazier than they already are - is what I'm reading.

No, it doesn't need to be asked. Shes dead, for God's sake. Even if she had been involved, what greater price do you want her to pay?
Even if she were involved, she's a separate entity from her husband. She wasn't in politics. It's not against the law to lobby.
You know nothing about her mental state so leave her alone.
