Bit of background story, my little girl is 14 months old, diagnosed with cmpa and a hernia at 6 weeks old. the wee one, for the past 5-6 weeks in particular, seems increasingly uncomfortable and/or in pain, often touches her tummy as if in pain, cries far more easily, has an on and off cough + wheezing, has a rash on her mouth, underneath her eyes and above her knees. Since she has been diagnosed with cmpa in the past, i was keen to figure out the cause of her crying/rash/upset stomach etc so started eliminating foods from her diet, to no avail. Because there didn't seem to be any improvement in her - I reached out to my health visitor who didn't really give me advice, I also went to the pharmacy cause I wanted to try Piriton, to see if that would make a difference but they said I should book a gp appointment urgently because the area around her eyes looked so sore and that it didn't look quite right according to them. Luckily I finally managed to get an app for today.

GP who say her genuinely did not seem in the least bit interested. I get it, they're busy, understaffed and under a tremendous amount of pressure but he genuinely made me feel as if he could not care less about her. He implied she still has a hernia, but apart from that did not suggest anything or what to do next. When I enquired about possible steps on what to do next in regards to possible allergies (apart from the cmpa one) etc. he said it was pointless to investigate allergies. No need/no point. According to him, her stomach issues /pain, rash, continuous crying/coughing/wheezing etc = all normal. What really got my goad is how he mentioned she looked like a "somewhat" normal 14 month old. Hmm

I don't really know what to do next since he pretty much dismissed me and ushered me out of the room without a single suggestion on what to do or try next. I'm sure I'll get told I am bu and that's fine but idk, I just expected a bit more support I guess

Get a second opinion, OP, if you can.
I push for a referral to a paediatrician if possible.

This. I would say referral please and not take no for an answer.
