Is using John Freida Lightening go blonder lightening spray classed as dying your hair, when people ask me if I dye my hair I always say no but wondering if this right?

OP posts:

It contains peroxide (bleach) which changes the colour of your hair, so I'd say yes, it is absolutely designed to dye your hair.

Why do you say no? What do you think dying your hair means, OP?

Anything that changes your natural colour I would class as dying your hair

Er - yes!! 🤦‍♀️

No I don’t think it is if it’s just the shampoo?

I was around to remember ‘Sun-in’, this is it reincarnated, bought some for DD who used far too many sprays, we watched hair hair get lighter over the course of the day ( very sunny day)- has cost me a small fortune to put right, never again.

I don’t think the shampoos and conditioners are, but the spray is.
