To not eat this chicken

I spent ages cooking a Sunday roast, cut into the chicken and the meat looked disgusting.
I bought the chicken from a butchers so not some cheap supermarket bird. It was supposed to be herb fed well looked after chicken. I have no idea what the issue is, but the whole dinner went in the bin (gravy, potatoes and roasted veg all had chicken juices). We had to rush to a restaurant for dinner because the child was chomping the table and I didn’t have the heart to start from scratch again.

Probably some disease from being kept in a barn with no natural light.

I was eating chicken mini fillets earlier and couldn't get the image of this chicken out of my head.
