Teacher parent

Aibu to be absolutely fed up that a kid in my sons class’ mum is teaching the class for the second year running and seems to heavily favour her own son (in certificate giving, competition winning etc)

Is this primary or secondary?

If it’s secondary then they usually don’t put the teacher with a class that has their child in so that’s very odd she is feel sorry for the child, if it’s primary then they probably wouldn’t have a choice.

YABU about the certificates though as if their parent has a specialism in that subject then obviously the child is going to know a lot about it.
