weird, big headed, beyond cheesey??

Our financial advisor sends one every year of himself stood at the top of a glacier he's just climbed.

What's worse he's sent the same one 3 years running.

And before anyone says I should be grateful he sent a card at all can we remember he's minted and has a secretary who in all likelyhood addressed and mailed his cards

Let's see if the cost of my corporate cards just sent out is covered by new work (but they do not have me on them). At least here it's got you thinking about him, hasn't it? Had he sent a standard card you wouldn't.

I have a mental image of a man stood on the top of a mountain with shorts on and the end of his todger just poking out. I don't know why!

ConnorTraceptive · 08/12/2007 18:30

Just checked for a todger - nothing there i'm afraid

He's a financial advisor to get the cheapest deal he probably had to buy a job lot of 500 or so, you'll be getting the same one for years................

Next year I shall dress DD2 as Angel Gabriel, DD1 as Mary holding the baby swaddled in an old muslin aaahhhhhhh

oldnewmummy · 09/12/2007 14:14

Ds is 11 months. I have had great fun dressing him in a santa oufit and having cards made to send to all and sundry.

(Should start saving for the therapy now

Incredibly annoying and definitely not the sort of thing I would display on my mantelpiece! Ditto anything with other people's kids on, dressed in ridiculous outfits or otherwise.
Why don't people realise that just because their own kids are the cutest thing in the workd to them, they're not to everyone else!

We knew of a family who's dd fell out with her boyfriend between the photo being taken and Xmas, so they just snipped the errant BF out of all the cards!!!

ExDhsNutsRoastingOnAnOpenFire · 09/12/2007 16:09

Connortraceptive - maybe the reason why there is no todger protruding in the picture is that it is too small to actually reach out of the shorts....!!

I just received an email Christmas card of a family who have superimposed photos of their heads onto a cartoon of dancing elves. It is fun and they obviously don't take themselves too seriously but I couldn't cope with it and was still cringing away!

anniebear · 09/12/2007 16:32

most exciting thing I do is go shopping

so my christmas card photo would be of me having climbed all the way to Next
