Why does everyone appear to be pregnant when you’ve miscarried 😞

It’s everywhere… people announcing on Facebook… people out and about. I’m so jealous… does it pass? I keep thinking how pregnant I should be now and the things I should be doing.

I lost my baby at the beginning of the month, I was 12 weeks.

I had an early miscarriage 16 years ago next week. The following day I travelled by train to work and there was someone with a new born baby in a car seat. Everyone was cooing over it, I had to get up and go into the next carriage. After that, there seemed to be babies everywhere. It also took me another year to conceive and during that time I remember hearing about other pregnancies and struggling. For me it came on top of other bad luck which made it worse. I know I've been very lucky though cause I went on to have two healthy boys. Wishing you all the very best. Also agree that it should be less taboo, I'm hoping that people are starting to talk about it more these days.

@1988TBT I have had 2 miscarriages this year and I know the feeling. I cried doing my weekly food shop because i saw a lady pushing her newborn baby around. Everyone who has been through it understands❤️ Wishing you lots of luck x

And loss makes you distrust your own body, which is equally hard.

I’m sorry for your loss op! I had the same last year and felt exactly the same (all I could see was pregnant women everywhere as your hyper sensitive to it, when usually it would go unnoticed) so your not alone!
