What was the rough cost pp?

I have no idea, please help!

We are thinking wine, beer, champagne and soft drinks.

We didn't have a free bar. It can encourage mad behaviour.
Our Venue included 2 free glasses of Prosecco Pimms or OJ on arrival to reception, we paid for plenty of wine bottles for table, Prosecco for the toasts and then people bought their own drinks from hotel bar.

One side of my extended family are huge drinkers, and a free bar would have resulted in a very different wedding reception as quite a few would forget even more to pace themselves and crash out too early mid evening. We had loads of fun up to 1am without crazy levels of early drunkenness!
