Went out last night with my husband and our friends (another couple) to see a band. A woman rather annoyling sat on her mate's shoulders happened to be wearing a bra type top. The man next to me shouts "Get your tits out love". Men surrounding look at him like he just shat himself and he laces it with " well you were all thinking it".
Several men saying " no we really weren't ".
On he traps, my husband walks out and get the security guards he is removed with a massive drama of screeching about the injustice and he was just having a laugh. Men around give a slow hand clap and boo, call him a "dick ead" and the show goes on.
Folks of mumsnet while there are many sexist twats out there, there are also some right good eggs. He spent the entire brillant show on the steps outside. Im sending my complements to the venue and the security response.

@Porridgealert

There should be less tolerance to women on men's shoulders. Its blinking inconsiderate.
Why? If you’re tiny like me you have no hope of seeing anything without a little bit of time on a man’s shoulders. I’m not saying I’d spend entire show up there, but a half hour every two hours means I can see something instead of nothing.

It really is! Bad enough if you have a fairly tall guy in front but once you get someone on his shoulders, you have no chance

Well it means everyone behind you can’t see anything then.

That is indeed gladdening to the soul!

Not really, people behind can still see most of the band, I’d only be blocking a few degrees out of a 180degree view. And only for a half hour or so.....I think it’s fair that I get to see for a little bit and only partially block them for a little bit.
