This is worrying as it will push many into fuel poverty.
Rising food prices and empty shelves.
Is anyone worried?

Look at these good people with the referral codes doing it out of goodness of their hearts Hmm

It saves both parties money, and I have made that transparent in my post. Would you rather people lost out on a discount when times are hard?

Againstmachine · 03/10/2021 17:38

Dragging a thread up from 5 days out of goodness of your heart. 😂 You don't care about their discount but your referral.

Aurea · 03/10/2021 17:59

This is the first time I've posted on this thread about a referral, so I haven't been dragging it out for five days thank you. I have just switched supplier (thanks to some good advice on here) and was sent a code today and thought someone else could use it for a discount if they were intending to switch.

Please don't assume all people have bad and selfish motives.

@coolhwip

Sorry can someone explain fixed tariffs to me? We’ve always just had standard tariffs.

We are in a 3 bed end terrace and pay £36 for gas and £30 for electricity, although we’ve never given a meter reading since we moved in 2014.

The meters are outside so maybe the companies are accessing themselves?

Mines gone up to 300 a month. HOW

Hello. Popping in to let you know that we're doing a Q&A with fuel poverty charity National Energy Action about these energy price hikes on Wednesday 23rd Feb at 12 noon. The thread is now open for questions here.
