End of July a new family moved to the street we live on. Cant quite work out if they're related but 4 adults and two children who are about 4 and 7.
Since they moved in the adults have a habit of letting the children play outside until really late. Fair enough they do supervise them and I kind of thought it would stop when they went back to school.
Perhaps they aren't back yet but last night they were out until almost 11:00. The two adult men were with them and they were as bad if not worse than the children. Shouting up and down the road, electric scooter, children screaming (happy I think but still annoying).
I saw next door neighbour earlier and she's not happy about the noise either. Surely they must understand that people have work and school the next day?
I haven't really spoken to them other than saying hello when I see them but wonder if it would be reasonable to ask them to be just a bit quieter, especially in the week (it would annoy me on a Friday night to as I work Saturday but would deal with that as I know for most people it's the weekend).
So is it reasonable to ask, especially as I don't really know them? Would you be pissed off if someone you didn't know started moaning about too much noise?
