To ask for your help choosing a counsellor

I want to go and see a counsellor and have been recommended some options. I have narrowed it down to two. They both have appointments available and both charge the same amount. Counsellor A is a 5-10 minute journey from my house (and is on the train line to my work - I do drive as well so not a huge deal breaker). Counsellor B is about a 20-30 minute drive away from where I live.
I'm not sure whether I like the idea of Counsellor A being so close or not; on the one hand it is very handy, but on the other hand is it a bit too close for comfort?
Counsellor B is further away, which would put some distance between my home life and my counselling, but is that worth the added journey time? Also it is more difficult to get to Counsellor B's location from my workplace.
What do you think? I can't decide!

Qualifications, accreditation, experience and approach are far more important factors than location

I’m not sure it matters either way. If you want time to yourself after your session you can go anywhere so it’s not like you need the commute back.

Which counsellor did you resonate more with, from what they’ve written about themselves and the way they practice?

Also I should add that no counsellor (good ones) would say hello or initiate conversation with you outside your therapy… unless you did first. They might smile slightly in acknowledgement but that’s about it. You don’t have to worry about bumping into them. Well you shouldn’t have to worry anyway. It’s a part of the confidentiality bit.
