To wonder if any of you have found a migraine cure

I started having migraines when DS was born 5 years ago. Since lockdown they have increased. I take propranolol, sumitriptan and some other thing which I’ve forgotten.

They had been improving for a month: still occurring but going away quicker with meds. But today was a stoater and my head was pounding. Slept around 16 hours and I’m still knackered.

It’s impacting my work, family life and social life.

Has anyone found a cure for them?

Sorry to breathe some life back in to this >week old thread.

Feverfew seemed to work for me, though I've only taken it for a month. Sadly it appears I am one of those suffering mouth inflammation as a side effect, meaning I have to stop taking it. I haven't RTFT yet (hoping to find an alternative) but wanted to warn people of the side effect, and also hopefully find out if any other Feverfew takers had that as a side effect and other than stopping the meds, how they recovered from the inflammation.
