Was I in the wrong?

Currently positive for Covid and self isolating.

I went shopping last week and one of the bags split in the boot. Started my period this morning and realised my pads must have still been in the car so put a mask on and went out to get them. Car is maybe 20ft from my front door and the street is always very quiet.

My next-door neighbour came into his garden to shout at me for being outside. I was in my garden at this point and didn't have the energy to argue so just came inside.

I don't think I did anything wrong. It wasn't for a frivolous reason and I was outside for maybe a couple of minutes.

Go into your garden at night, collect all the slugs and snails you can find, and lob them over the fence.

He sounds a pain in the backside. You did nothing wrong.
As someone who had it almost a year ago we are still enjoying long covid .
The wiped out feeling is awful . hoping you feel better soon.

He kept coming to his doorstep, looking at me and muttering. Feeling much more like my normal self so just smiled and said hello every time. 😂😁
