Artist selling drawings of my house

I've just discovered that an artist local to the area is selling drawings of my property on her website. It's not easily viewed by the road, which means she would have had to enter the land to draw it.

I'm feeling quite annoyed about this, as she has never made contact to ask permission.

AIBU unreasonable to feel like this, and would you make contact to ask her to remove it from her website?

Anyone can take a photo of the London Shard for themselves but they are not allowed to use the photograph commercially -as this will infringed the rights of Norman Foster.

It is actually possible to register the form of a building as a trademark. That would definitely prohibit commercial use of an image of it without permission.

Lol, rich people problems. Be glad you have a house!

I would say you need to speak to her, as the house has been in your family so long I would want to have it and Definitely would want to know more. No point asking in here, a phone call with the artist in in order, but personally I would take it as a compliment x

I think that they may still need your agreement, especially as they are making money from their drawing.
Incidentally, an TV drama series was filmed close to my house, years ago. It was centred around a property a couple of houses away. I noticed on TV that the filming was done in such a way that none of the houses around (including mine) was actually shown. They filmed in the street with the camera angled upwards so only featured the target property in the shot. I think that this was to circumvent getting permissions from adjacent homeowners who may have objected or wanted payment of some kind.
