Because they gang up in you to make life difficult.

I’ve cleared a lot of clothes out, and have hangers left over that l want to keep. Htf do you store them. Pull one out, and all it’s evil mates come with it.

Hanging stuff up, ones falls off, then another, this makes another fall off which then fucking breaks😡

Now I’m their bitch so take clothes off in the wardrobe without removing their hanger. It’s quite shaming

But they don’t let go when you do that. They’ve usually attached themselves to some gang member prior to you trying to remove your clothes from the cupboard

I said it was shaming, i have to fondle them gently and generally remove the items either side.

Had no one yet mentioned the subtly evil ones - the straight ones with peg style clips for hanging skirts?

It's all going so well then you tilt the hanger and one of the bastard clips falls off!

Omg you are my people. I have a hatred of coat hangers. Drives my husband potty coz I bin them. The ones for skirts that have a springy bit on them- eurghhh

Amazing - I've found my people! I've long tried to persuade DH that coat hangers are the devil incarnate but he doesn't seem to believe me. I hate the bastards!

I once tugged a stubborn bastard so hard l broke the rail in my wardrobe😡

My dry cleaning had three metal hangers tied together with a bit of string and a safety pin wrapped in plastic sheeting : that was a fun half hour trying to untangle that lot!

I recently bought 50 velvet hanger from Amazon plus 20 skirt/ trouser hangers ,the ones that aren't in use are kept in a basket , works well.

The jingly bastard metal ones give me white rage.

They are bastards. I’ve killed a few in rage.
