AIBU to feel grumpy about furniture delivery

Trying to make my DS with special needs feel calm and relaxed in his room ready for college, so decided to overhaul it. Ordered new "everything" from Ikea beginning of August and new radiator from another store.
DH took week off to decorate and build furniture. Radiator arrived ok and Ikea order arrived last Weds. We received 12 packages as expected - but only received half the bed and 2 extra unwanted cupboards! Drivers had vanished before we had checked the parcels. Immediately rang support as had hoped to stop the drivers from delivering half a bed to customers waiting for their 2 cupboards...
Support lady seemed fed up, but rearranged and I am now expecting the rest of the order today. On the site it says the order is awaiting to be picked. Issue here is DD is staying away (on her own) so DS can sleep in her room until his is ready. It was meant to be 2 nights, so far has been 5 and she is feeling down.
Further, DH is back at work tomorrow and not at all sure what to do if the bed does not arrive today. I am feeling stressed/angry/frustrated as I have no control over this, plus tried to arrange everything well in advance. No texts or updates from the store, just checking to see if the website updates. AIBU to feel miffed?

Glad it has all finally been sorted out for you. What a story of incompetence from such a big company.
