From a quick Google it seems above 60 is acceptable. But different amounts by age are normal. Sorry, I can’t help really. Hopefully someone else will know!

Spudina · 03/09/2021 18:36

Your Creatinine is mildly above the Upper Limit of Normal. You can only be diagnosed as having CKD if these results were sustained over three months. Have you had another one to make a comparison to that was over three months ago?
If it’s a one off reading it could be an acute kidney injury (AKI). If you were dehydrated on the day of the test, your creatinine could have been high in the day but now be normal.

Your liver tests are normal. From the blood tests, you may have some degree of CKD. It’s really common, especially as we age. And usually requires no treatment. You should make an appointment with your GP to discuss it if you are concerned. Also some medicines a can affect renal function. Try but to worry.

@Spudina thank you Smile

People of Afro-carribeans have to have their GFR multiplied by 1.21 to get their actual GFR. Not sure if it applies, if it does the GFR would be higher/normal.

Hi @autousername did you check with your doctors about the results? I’m in a similar situation and really worried.
