Obviously tiktok has taken over and being a content creator is a job. People get paid for tiktoks/youtube/insta etc so it is in essence a job.
This particular person posted a tiktok about not letting someone get to the door in time and got a lot of flack for it in the comments on social media. They've now been told they can't use the Post Office in any posts, do any posts while working or wear the uniform.... I think this is absolutely right.
There are a lot of posters who wear a uniform and obviously post while at work and these posts take a long time to film. I know some say they go in early etc or do it in breaks but should they actually be posting from work or in uniform? Anyone else think when you're paid for your job it's not a platform? Most companies have a clause in their contracts about social media.
I think this will be the start of companies telling employees not to use their work environment. Anyone else?
