To think my DM is entitled to work support

My DM has just finished working her notice, but in one of her last days at her former job last week (retail) during a violent incident she witnessed her colleague getting beaten up to the point where his skull was fractured and he was lying in a pool of blood. She has just rang me to say among other things that she can't get the image of him lying there out of her head.
The police took a statement from her but her employer at the time has done nothing to follow up in terms of offering counseling support etc. I'm pretty shocked that they've not even been in touch with her to see if she's OK.
AIBU to think that more should be offered to DM to help her with this? Grateful for anyone who knows what info I could pass on to her, useful organizations who might be able to support etc. It sounds like she's still processing what must have been a really upsetting and potentially traumatic incident, especially as her assaulted colleague is a friend, and he's still in hospital so she's pretty concerned about him.
DM is trying to minimise what happened but I can tell she's bothered by this. If AIBU to expect her employer at the time to help, is there anything I could suggest?

Thanks @gardeninggirl68 I've checked out their website and passed on their free advisor number to my DM.
