I used to put one of those Pampers disposable pads under my bed sheet when I had a massive period after my second DC. Thought I was haemorrhaging !!

1st period 9 months after dd birth. New years eve in the arse end of nowhere in the scottish highlands.

Were the local toilets closed?

I’m in the arse end of nowhere in Scotland and literally every public toilet has a full selection of sanitary protection. Even on the most remote beaches!

Size 2 nappies? Is this a stealth boast? Grin

I have no idea where the nearest public toilets were, it was a relative's house in a tiny hamlet. It was dark and new years eve. I had a perfectly good emergency substitute, so why would I start driving around an unfamiliar area on the off chance I happened to come across a public toilet?

Also didn't know, until you've just told me, that there would be sanitary products in every public toilet. There certainly aren't in England where I live.

How would you fit in size two?! Or do you mean you've cut the edges off into a pad shape?

XenoBitch · 17/08/2021 23:53

I have used kitchen roll in the past.

😂 I’ve cut them up & used them for emergency breast pads once.
